Sansevieria Trifasciata Laurentii, also known as Mother-In-Law's Tongue, is a great choice for homes and offices alike. Its deep green pointed leaves have creamy yellow edging and horizontal stripes. It requires very little care and thrives in a variety of environments!

Sansevieria Trifasciata Laurentii is native to Tropical West Africa and is also known as Snake Plant, and Mother-In-Law’s tongue.
Although Mother-In-Laws tongue is reliable in low-light conditions, it way prefers light! If you can place a Sansevieria in a bright room it will reward you with quick growth. Overexposed to direct sun can damage Sansevieria Trifasciata Laurentii’s smooth waxy texture and brilliant colour. Therefore, during the summer months, it’s a good idea to move your Sansevieria out of direct sunlight.
Sansevierias only need watering once every 14 days in summer, and once every 6 weeks in Winter. Succulents hold water in their thick leaves, and their roots, so their soil should be left to entirely dry out between waterings. When you do water your Mother-In-Laws Tounge give it a good drink; just make sure it isn’t left sitting in water.

Care Instructions
Light
Likes bright light but survives well in low light
Water
Water once every 2 weeks in the summer, and once every 6 weeks in the Winter. Ensure the soil dries out between watering and that the plant is not left to sit in water.
Temperature
Can tolerate a wide temperature range between 60-75°F (15-24°C)
Feeding
This is not a needy plant but if you want to feed your Mother-In-Laws tongue use organic all-purpose houseplant food. Feed it no more than twice a year, and only in the spring and/or summer.

Toxic so keep out of reach of pets and small children
Grooming
This plants leaves naturally clears the dust from the air, keeping it out of your lungs by catching it on its leaves. This dust can be gently wiped off its smooth leaves with a damp cloth.
