The Philodendron Xanadu has long, broad, arrow-shaped leaves with varied articulation. It's a shrubby foliage plant with a growth habit that is both dense and upright.
There's some dispute over whether this plant is a spontaneously occurring hybrid, spawned in a Western Australian growhouse, or a wild plant native to South America.
This plant was initially patented under the name Philodendron Winterbourne in 1983, but was rechristened Xanadu when ownership was transferred to state-governed body: House Plants of Australia. Since then, evidence suggests that the plant was actually found as a seedling in Brazil, and brought over to said growhouse, but the jury is still out!
At this size, it's already a well-established and mature plant and is fairly easy to please, promising to thrive in a variety of homes and offices. The only thing to be mindful of is that it needs a good amount of indirect light to grow well and has a very large span so will require a few meters of space!
